- shaving my legs, which did not work well at three weeks post-op.
- getting stuff off of the bottom pantry shelf.
- walking Sammy without pain.
- walking up small hills successfully.
- cardio for 30 minutes.
- walking with 20 lbs of resistance weights against my hip.
- laundry without issues
- unloading the dishwasher without issues.

realizations
Finishing up week 11 since surgery, here are a few things I just sorta realized I'm doing now that I wasn't able to before...

At first I was all happy that you were feeling better..but it doesn't really sound like youre feeling better at all! That is pretty crazy that your right side is all messed up.. You will definitly have to let me know how the botox goes if you end up getting it. Atleast that way I can sort of know how Phinney will feel (and since she can't tell me, I'll just use your experience!).
ReplyDeleteHaha no I am much better. I just thought it was funny that my doctor tried to throw that curve ball at me...as if that's a priority right now! Lots of people have them, no sweat! I'll let you know if we decide to do the botox-my appt is Monday!
